Children Will Rule Over Them

“People get the leaders they deserve” is a phrase that may seem trite and overused, but the truth of these words can never be overemphasized or understated, because they reflect the very truth of Scripture itself. When God’s people Israel began to act with more and more hostility towards Him by defying His moral laws, He cursed them with very corrupt, immature, and incompetent leadership. He said to them, “I will make mere lads their princes [politicians], and capricious children will rule over them” (Isaiah 3:4).

Consequently, within the pages of this book, John Hunt attempts to illuminate these words of God by showing how America, and the world, is being run more and more by adult children whom God is putting in charge of spiritually rebellious people.
