For more than a hundred and fifty years, the concept of a pre-tribulation rapture has spawned a great deal of controversy and heated debate as to whether such a notion is sound biblical theology, or if it is simply a distortion of the Scripture verses which speak of this event. Consequently, the pages within this book are an honest attempt to address this subject without pressuring anyone to believe one way or another, but rather to reveal what the Word of God says directly, and indirectly, about this mysterious topic—and then let the reader make an informed and intelligent decision as to the validity or invalidity of what the apostle Paul refers to as “a mystery” in 1 Corinthians 15:51. Thoughtful analysis is required to arrive at a rational deduction when unraveling this strange and curious “mystery”—a mystery that will have a powerful effect one way or another for Planet Earth and its inhabitants.
